How long will it take to receive kits in the post? 

Your kits will be personalised and in the post within 5-7 working days. Please email us if you have any questions. 

Can I order a bundle for more than 1 child? 

We would love each child to receive their own backpack and coloured markers, as this provides the children with a sense of ownership, therefore the bundles are for 1 child only. If you would like to purchase for multiple children, you just need to add another bundle to your cart. 

What age are the kits appropriate for? 

As all children develop and learn at such different rates, you as parents will know best when they are ready. However, as a rough guide our kits are best suited for children 3-6yrs of age.

Do I have to pay postage? 

Postage is automatically added, however if you live close to 3939, please contact us at info@mypenpals.com.au to order and collect to avoid postage charge. 

How much is postage within Australia? 

For 1 or 2 kits the postage cost is $9.95.

For orders of 3 or more kits postage is FREE

Do you post Overseas?

Unfortunately we do not ship overseas.

Do you accept returns? 

Due to our kits being personalised, we do not accept returns UNLESS there is a mistake in the spelling of your child's name by us.
